With over 25 years of catering experience around the globe, Head Chef Myles brings his Kiwi charm and wealth of experience to Silver’s Pantry. Along with his love of good food and great coffee, Myles likes to welcome his customers and ensure they have the best dining experience possible. The open kitchen allows our customers to engage with the chef and really see what happens in the kitchen. The cafe setting is beautiful, peaceful and serene.
Having qualified in 1998, Myles worked as a Chef in New Zealand’s prestigious Bayswater restaurant. After a few years, he left New Zealand to learn more about world cuisine. His travels eventually bought him to London where he met Sophie, who is now his wife. They moved to the West Country in 2001 to start a family and now are the proud parents of 2 teenage sons, Henry and Eddie.

We specialise in breakfast, brunch and lunch ensuring we cater for everyone’s needs. Some of our best-loved dishes include eggs benedict, eggs Royale, buttermilk pancakes and our famous pies. We have vegetarian and vegan options and are happy to alter our meals to suit your taste.
