Silver’s Pantry – Large Party Booking Policy

For bookings of 7 or more guests

We’re always delighted to welcome larger groups! To help us provide the best possible experience and keep our service running smoothly, please review our Large Party Booking Policy below.
1. Booking Notice
We kindly ask for at least 4 days’ notice for groups of seven or more.
This helps us plan staffing, seating, and preparation to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
2. Large Party Service Charge
15% large-party service charge is automatically added to the final bill.
This helps cover the additional staffing, setup, and service required for larger groups.
The charge will appear as a separate line on your bill.
3. How to Book
You can complete the large booking form on our website (below the booking widget) or email us directly at info@silverspantry.co.uk with the following details:

Date and preferred time
Number of guests (including highchairs or buggies)
Contact name and mobile number
Email address
Any dietary needs or allergies
Optional: preorder requests

We’ll reply with availability and written confirmation.
Your booking is only confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.
4. Deposits & Cancellations
For busy periods, we may request a deposit or card guarantee (details provided in our confirmation).
We understand that plans can change — please let us know as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel.
Significant reductions in numbers or no-shows will incur a £10 per person charge to cover staff and preparation costs.
5. Preorders & Timing
For parties of 10 or more, we may request a preorder to help ensure your meals are served promptly and together.
Please arrive on time — tables are held for 10 minutes past your booking time unless you’ve contacted us.
6. Allergies & Accessibility
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when booking and again on arrival.
While we handle allergens with care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
If you have accessibility needs, let us know in advance so we can seat you comfortably.
7. Payments
To keep service efficient, we kindly ask for one payment per table where possible.
We accept all major cards and cash.
